User Agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) applies to the la2-top.com website and all related web resources associated with this domain.

1.2. The Agreement governs the relationship between the administration of the la2-top.com website (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”) and the user of the resource (hereinafter referred to as the “User”).

1.3. The Administration has the right to change the content of the Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User.

1.4. By continuing to use the site, the User confirms his/her consent to the current version of the Agreement.

1.5. The User is solely responsible for familiarizing himself/herself with the current version of the Agreement.

2. Terms and Definitions

2.1. The following terms are used within the framework of this Agreement:

User — a person who has accessed the Site via the Internet and uses its functionality.
Content — any intellectual property objects posted on the Site, including texts, images, databases, programs, interfaces and design.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.2. Use of the Site is free of charge.

3.3. The Agreement is a public offer. The fact of using the Site is considered acceptance.

3.4. Use of the Site is regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

4. Rights and obligations of the parties

4.1. The Administration has the right to:

make changes to the rules of use and structure of the Site;
restrict access in case of violation of the terms of the Agreement;
change the cost of paid services (with notification if necessary);
collect, analyze and use user data, including cookies;
transfer data to third parties, including paid transfer (within the law).

4.2. The User has the right to:

access the Site services;
use all available options, including paid services;
ask questions through the contacts listed on la2-top.com;
use the Site within the framework of this Agreement and the Russian Federation law.

4.3. The User undertakes to:

provide additional information upon request by the Administration;
respect the rights of authors and content owners;
not disrupt the operation of the site or distribute confidential information;
not use the site for illegal, aggressive, slanderous or discriminatory purposes;
not mislead, not place advertisements without the consent of the Administration;
not impersonate another person or organization;
not use content for negative comparisons or discrediting other persons.

4.4. The user is prohibited from:

using automatic means of data collection;
interfering with the operation of the site and its components;
bypassing the navigation, security and authentication system;
performing unauthorized access to the functions and data of other users;
using the site for illegal purposes.

5. Using the site

All site materials belong to the Administration and are protected by law.
Copying, publishing and distributing content without written consent is prohibited.
Access to some functions may require registration.
The user is responsible for the safety of the password and all activities under their account.
The Administration has the right to delete the account at its sole discretion.
Information on the site does not constitute a change in the terms of the Agreement.
Prices and list of services may change without notice.

6. Responsibility

6.1. The Administration is not liable for damages caused by violations of the Agreement or technical problems.

6.2. Also, the Administration is not responsible for:

failures caused by force majeure;
operation of banks and payment systems;
the inability of the user to provide the necessary technical means;
the content of the published information.

6.3. The User is fully responsible for the use of information from the site.

7. Violation of the Agreement

The Administration has the right to disclose information about the User in the event of investigations and violations.
Information may be transferred as required by law or by court order.
The Administration may restrict or terminate access to the site without notice.
The Administration is not responsible for the consequences of blocking access.

8. Dispute Resolution

Before going to court, the parties are required to try to resolve the dispute out of court.
A response to the claim is provided within 30 calendar days.
If it is impossible to resolve the dispute, go to court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Claims must be filed within a reasonable time, with the exception of cases of copyright protection.

9. Additional terms

The User may not propose changes to this Agreement.
Feedback left on the site is not confidential information and may be used by the Administration.
